Our effective student-focused delivery is underpinned by our Grade 1 delivery team, who have wide-ranging life experience and are specialists in their own fields.
Our original delivery methods and the innovative post-course support that our Smart Support team provides, enable our students to achieve above national rates of success, both academically and in terms of impact across their individual lives
As one of the UK’s leading independent training providers, we have substantial experience delivering bespoke, industry specific training services, including specialist programmes for young people, those at risk of redundancy and students who simply want to progress in their careers.

All of our programmes incorporate our “full life cycle” approach to our students that start in a classroom-based environment supporting them to gain the necessary skills to be able to take the next steps or return to the workplace.
Our experienced Smart Support Team supports this approach, working closely with students in order to support them through industry specific license applications, overcome pre employment hurdles and identify suitable employers to approach and secure appropriate work experience, work trials, or interviews
We also offer a selection of short courses to enhance your skills, knowledge, and employability which fit around your current private and professional commitments. We carefully plan our programmes to ensure you have the right tools in your chosen industry along with the right opportunities, to progress with confidence.

Smart Support
Since our incorporation in 2010, we have realised that delivering outstanding training was only part of our responsibility to our students and stakeholders. We also identified that not only did they require the very highest standard of training and support. but they also needed a range of post-course support so they could make the progress they desired. Hence our Smart Support service came into being.

SMART Support For Our Students
T4 offers a complete wrap-around support service to all students throughout their journey with us.
Every student is assigned their own dedicated SMART Support Advisor who works with them during their training to provide mentoring, relevant industrylicense application and funding, referral to specialist interventions, and access to opportunities in the local labour market.
We provide regular contact post-course with all our students who have completed classroom-based programmes, and this service performed by our Smart Support Team is underpinned by Matrix accredited, information advice, and guidance.
The Team works in conjunction with our Employer Engagement team to source the types of progressions our students are seeking, and all students are included within our weekly vacancy and training distribution lists that include details of suitable employment and training opportunities within the students’ geographical area.
We work with an extensive database of specialist intervention partners who can also, if necessary, assist with issues like debt, housing, addiction, and other barriers that prevent our students from achieving or progressing in their careers.
Our SMART Support team also maintains regular contact between their tutor/assessors, which has been designed to support our students sustain their qualification and employment throughout the duration of the programme.
The quality of the service we provide enhances our students experience and significantly increases the numbers of students who achieve both their qualification and their desired progressions post course.
