Three core categories
Our delivery model has been designed to meet the broad range of our students needs and at its core is a total person concept – holistic services, student centred support and outstanding delivery which, where required is joined up and complimented with local employment services and partnerships. Our delivery is divided into three core categories, programmes of training for employed, unemployed students and young adults.

Here at Train 4 we offer great opportunities to develop your skills and qualifications through our programmes of education, depending on your needs.
Potentially, you can start on a Traineeship programme to build the skills needed in the workplace and then step into an Apprenticeship or, if you have the experience and feel ready, you can go straight into an Apprenticeship with leading employers.
Alternatively, our selection of Short Courses also aims to enhance your skills, knowledge and employability.
You can choose courses to fit around your current private and professional commitments. We carefully plan our programmes to ensure you have the right tools in your chosen industry, with the opportunities, to progress with confidence.

Since our incorporation in 2010, we have recognised that delivering outstanding training was only part of our responsibility to our students and stakeholders.
We also identified that not only did they require the very highest standard of training and support that we were able to provide, but they also needed a range of post course support enabling them to achieve the progressions they desired, hence our Smart Support service was designed
